Accela and the Permitting and Licensing site will be taken offline on Thursday 10/2/25 starting at 5:00 p.m. and will remain offline until Monday 10/6/25 for the duration of the upgrade period.

The Permitting and Licensing site should be fully operational on 10/6/25 at 8:00 a.m.

ePlanReview will still be operational but with limited functionality.
