We will be performing a system upgrade to our document storage system on Friday, January 16, 2026, beginning at 12:00 pm. During the upgrade window, citizens will be unable to upload, download, or view documents on the city’s Permitting & Licensing site. The document storage system should be fully functional by 8:00 am on Monday, January 19, 2026.
The City of Boise will be closed for Martin Luther King Day on Monday, January 19th. City Hall will be closed, and inspections will not be conducted during the holiday. The Permitting and Licensing online resources will remain available.
