New Login Process for ePlanReview, January 21, 2026

Beginning January 21, 2026, applicants must access ePlanReview through our new Boise Secure platform. This new platform will streamline the login process to various systems accessed by citizens for the City of Boise. ePlanReview will be the first system using Boise Secure. For existing or new users of ePlanReview, click here.

In-person hours for the Planning Division have changed:

Monday - Wednesday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Fridays by appointment only. You can reach us by emailing [email protected] or calling 208-608-7100.
