New Login Process for ePlanReview, January 21, 2026

Beginning January 21, 2026, applicants must access ePlanReview through our new Boise Secure platform. This new platform will streamline the login process to various systems accessed by citizens for the City of Boise. ePlanReview will be the first system using Boise Secure. Docusign is coming January 27, 2026!

Planning and Development Services will be adding Docusign to our Building Permit process as an option to streamline returning a signed permit prior to releasing approved plans. For additional information on using Docusign, click here.
