On-Site Stormwater Retention Method:
In anticipation of the proposed St. Luke’s Downtown Capital Improvement Plan (DCIP) projects to expand the campus as approved by the Master Plan, a Master Drainage Concept Study was prepared and approved in 2016/2017. The study proposed system improvements to the surrounding roadway storm drain infrastructure that would achieve “runoff reduction” requirements within the storm drain system upstream of the St. Luke’s campus, providing capacity for discharge of St. Luke’s stormwater into the system from the DCIP project. The improvements evaluated by the Master Drainage Concept Study were constructed by St. Luke’s as part of the Phase 1 Roadway project and are now completely in place.
