A certified arborist needs to be hired to provide analysis on existing trees name, size, location and condition. Applicant needs to submit a tree mitigation plan for CUP and DR application. The Tree mitigation plan needs to identify trees that are proposed to be removed or protected and preserved, as well as mitigation methods chosen as per Boise City Code.
