12th and Idaho is a 27 story mixed use building with 297 residential units that provides high-quality urban design conducive to a compact and concentrated urban downtown mixed used center. Both 12th St and Idaho St are activated by retail, residential lobby, & amenity spaces. This creates a dynamic and lively pedestrian street-scape experience.
