Premature Alterations – If an alteration, demolition, or relocation that requires a Certificate of Appropriateness occurs prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Appropriateness, the Planning Staff shall, within one hundred eighty (180) days, prepare a premature alterations report in which it identifies any violations of Section 11-03-04.20 and recommends rehabilitative measures, if any.
