Total Existing Structures
Number of Existing Structures:
1
Explain Existing Structures to Remain:
No existing structures to remain. The existing building has been evaluated and is not structurally sound to be relocated or repurposed on the site. The location of the building on the site precludes the redesign and reuse of the site. The building will be documented, as it does contain architectural interest, and materials from the exterior (clinker brick) and interior will be salvaged for reuse offsite. Additionally, recycling and reuse/salvage techniques will be utilized to comply with sustainability goals of the City of Boise.
