Planning Appointments

Planning Appointments Your Planning case will be heard and scheduled by using this request process. Staff will do their best to ensure the schedule aligns with your preference. If you require a Virtual Appointment, the meeting will automatically include a call in for a Microsoft Teams Meeting. If all appointment participants will be attending in person, then please let staff know.

The following types of Planning Appointments may be requested.

  • Early Assistance Appointment Requests
  • Concept Review Appointment Request  (Once the PLN has completed Early Assistance)
  • Interdepartmental Review Request (Once the PLN has completed the Concept Review)
